John McFadyen is a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach and Certified Team Coach, but he’s also run the dual path of a decade long apprenticeship in business and executive coaching.

In addition to being an Entrepreneur who has launched and successfully grown 2 companies over the past decade, John has worked for McKinsey & Company on some of the most complex Agile transformations in the UK and Europe.

He’s worked with C-Suite executives from around the world and has significant experience as an Executive coach in high-performance organisations around the UK and Europe.

He’s also worked with small, high-performing teams and progressive start-ups. Small to medium sized businesses who punch well above their weight.

John is a firm believer in coaching and mentoring as a path to Mastery and continuous improvement. He’s a firm believer that the next generation of high-performing, Agile organisations that unleash people’s creativity and passion are going to need all the help they can get from Agile and Scrum coaches to build the kinds of organisations we want our kids to work in.
