What will you learn on a CSM course?

All About Agile and Beyond

Although the CSM course covers a lot more than I can mention in this post, I would like to point out that in a Certified Scrum Master course (CSM), you’re going to be learning what Agile is, for example, when to use it, when to not to use, and something I consider important, which is where Agile comes from. 🎯

But first, I’d like to point out that the way I approach my CSM course is through simulation, which means we try something out and get a feel for it and then we lay Scrum over the top, and then we can then start putting things together and understanding how Scrum works in actual practice.

My years of practising Agile have taught me that theory in a CSM course alone doesn’t cut it.  That’s why I ensure my courses are highly practical. 💼✅

The theory isn’t enough because we want you to leave the course knowing how to use the Scrum methodology that you’ve learnt and how to put it into action with your team.  We want you and your team to get the best out of Scrum and Agile.

Ever wondered what you’ll learn in a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course?

Well, there’s a lot to cover, but let me give you a quick peek 🕵️‍♂️

1️⃣      Understanding what Agile is – When to use it and, importantly, when not to. 🔄

2️⃣      The origins of Agile – It’s important to know where we come from to understand where we’re going. 🗺️

3️⃣     Tackling key questions – Agile is not a one-size-fits-all approach.  We’ll explore its versatility. ❓

4️⃣      The Scrum framework – Covering the events, artefacts, and the various accountabilities within Scrum. 📚

5️⃣    Scrum in practice – Through simulation, we’ll get a feel for the real-life application of Scrum principles. 🎭

At the end of the course, I want you to understand Scrum and know how to put it into action with your team.  After all, our ultimate goal is for you and your team to harness the power of Scrum and Agile truly! 🏋️‍♀️

Are you ready to elevate your Agile journey?

Join me for my upcoming Agile and Scrum courses.  Let’s learn, grow and transform together!
