The True Mark of Effectiveness

Certifications undoubtedly add value, but when it comes to choosing team members, passion and execution win my heart – without a doubt! πŸŽ“

People who get stuff done are always going to take priority for me. In my experience, actions often speak louder than paper accolades.

Channeling Joel Voksky’s words, my eyes always search for “people who are smart and get stuff done.” Because, at the end of the day, action speaks.

Where Certifications Fit In

Though secondary, qualifications help distinguish dedicated professionals from the rest. 🌟 While credentials can provide background, they come into play after the main criterion.

Once you prove your proficiency and drive to me, I will only gauge your credentials. Then I’m going to look for certifications and qualifications.

It all boils down to spotting the real gems.

It’s about recognising if you’ve “gone out and done the learning, done the practice, and done the work” to differentiate yourself from others truly.

A go-getter attitude is the very core of productivity. Anything less is a compromise and it’s a non-negotiable for me.
