What generally trips up scrum teams in sprint planning?

Planning is an incredibly important part of #scrum. The #agileframework creates many opportunities for teams to plan, ranging from daily planning in the #dailyscrum through to #sprintplanning for the upcoming #sprint.

Sometimes, you have a great #scrummaster and #agilecoach to help you get going and build momentum quickly, but at other times, you may find that the team must learn on their own and figure out how best to plan ahead.

In this short video, John McFadyen talks about the things that generally trip up a #scrumteam when it comes to #sprintplanning in #scrum.
